High Pressure AC switch ???

I thin I have narrowed my AC problem down to the HP switch. Anyone know if you have to vac out the system to change it or does it have a Schrader valve?

The 99 FSM says the HP cut off switch is mounted on a schrader valve and can be changed without evacuation, I know the clutch cycling switch is also. bg
