High pressure fuel leak with Banks at #6

I'm blowing fuel by the connection of the high pressure line to the fuel distribution block with Banks set at #6. Banks tech and supervisor said they've never heard of anything like this and have nothing to offer me in the way of help. I can remove the line , clean it up, put it back on and I'm Ok with regular driving, but twist the knob to six and do a full throttle run, and the fuel blows right by the compression sealing surface at the fuel distribution block.

not really, mine leaked stock needed snugged up on an injector line. wonder how bad with the ez on highest setting?

It's the one coming out of the bottom of the fuel log. It goes to the pump. I got a new one in yesterday amd will install it tonight.
