2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission High speed only on wipers Help

All I have is the high speed on the wipers. If I turn them off they won't terminate in the proper position. Also I don't have the intermittent feature. Anyone else have experience with this????

Mine wouldn't work one time when I disconnected the "dinger" for the ignition. You might want to see if the plug has somehow come out. It's behind the knee bolster right beside the ashtray.

Well I checked that out to no avail. Anyone else with a suggestion?? Come on 49 hits and 1 response WTF.

Mine did that to once. About a year ago got into heavy rain and turned the wipers on high and afterwards could not get them to shut off. After 2 days they cured themselves. They havent done it since. Go Figure!

Well I haven't had much luick with this wiper thing. I'm leaving for Fla in the am hope I don't run into any rain. I'll take it to the dealer when I get back. Thanx Dave maybe a little rest might work it out.

RE: Wipers

Back from Fla. I took truck to the dealer and they said that it needs a new wiper motor. I picked the motor at another dealer for @80$ and installed it myself and SHAZAMM wipers work great.
