Highlighting of read messages

Why does the messages that have been read not show up highlighted?

This happens on the Ford site, and it looks like we use the same software.

Not sure I understand the question as I read the Ford site sometimes also and it appears the same as what I am seeing here.

If you are asking about the lightbulbs and folder colors, they do work, but it may be that your cookies are messed up. To reset them, you need to go to preferences and click on the "delete all cookies... " link. Then go back to preferences and set it up to remember your password for a year. This should reset it for you. On the first visit back, nothing will be highlighted and then on subsequest visits you should be all set.

I think the question refered to the topic. The lettering is in blue I beleave. But after you click on it, it turns black to show you have read it. Like if you clicked on this topic the heading would change from blue to black.

Oh... . I get it. I have played with the settings some. See if you like it better.
