hit 19.0 MPG on overhead computer!

Just 740 miles from turing 10k, I think the engine is finally getting somewhat broken in finally. From hand calculated comparisons, this would translate to nearly 20 MPG, my target. I have no doubt that the EZ contributed, as well as going easy. Now it's time to have some fun!

I have seen as much as 23 on my overhead, but when I do it by hand its usually comes out to be 18 to 19 . The overhead is not very acurate after you install fueling boxes or injectors.

I have seen around a 2mpg jump since I put on my BHAF. And that's all I have done. I get about 19/21 now

The EZ hoses your overhead computer, it is not accurate at all anymore. Back to the pencil and paper if you want to know what you are getting.

I just installed the Afe mega-cannon. It was good for about 1 mpg. You can sure hear the turbo whistle now!! Jeff

Ya what they said... . the overhead is not accurate.



If I drive just right on the highway I can get it to read 30mpg. 20mpg+ is easy if I drive sanely.



Last time I figured it 19. 2mpg on the overhead netted 16. 10, the very next tank said 22. 0mpg on the overhead but netted 16. 57 actual.

Last tank full showed 16. 9 on computer. Doing the math got me 16. 77 Truck has 9700 miles on it. Jeff
