Is the Equilizer really better than the Reese ?

I've been using an Equilizer for 20 years and have towed in some heavy winds - head, tail and cross - with several trailers and have never had a problem. I can't speak for Reese because I've never used one. I have also always used a sway control.

Equalizer brand hitch is awesome!

I love my Equalizer brand hitch. It has weight distribution and anti sway control. It is SOLID steel bars - no chains. Once fitted to your truck, it's simple to hook up and down. I feel very little sway when truckers go by, pulling out a driveway. It takes alot of the stress out of towing for me.



I have a 5400# trailer. I've never used Reese hitches either.
