I think D/C is one-up on the battery disconnect. It was a long time ago, but I believe someone said there was a code when the battery had been disconnected within 50(?) key cycles.

Also, I think the boost module part of the box is suppose to send a different signal to the computer, so it won't set a code in the first place?

What "overboost codes" are you all talking about or how do you know when you have an overboost code? I have an Edge EZ on level 5 with the boost elbow, and I havent seen any check engine light or anything.

No Overboost Codes

I've been checking my codes occasionally since installing the EZ, and have seen no overboost codes. I did have a P2121 and a P0514, but I suspect those are related to connector problems--I haven't had a chance yet to figure out if they could involve the connectors where the EZ is connected.

A call back revealed there is actually a fifth setting, good for 90 HP, that they didn't include in the instructions. On the right-hand set of pins, the jumpers go on the left and middle set (as opposed to the middle and right for level 4).

Mine came with a single jumper on the left jumper of the right-hand side. A single jumper is in the middle on the left group of jumpers. I'll have to call tomorrow to find out how mine is really set up.

you can check for codes same as 99-02, turn key on and off three times and any codes will show in the odometer window.

if no codes will say -----, pdone.

mgonske, code p0514 is batery temp sensor. my truck threw this code, tech cleared and has not come back. dont know what p2121 is?

tech was showed at class how to check for boxes by DRB readings:(

I have this one and love it. Had it for about 4 years. I have not had the chance to use it on the truck yet, but have used it on about 20 other vehicles. I ordered the "TRICOM - one piece car connector interface, hardware processing, for all vehicles" It was $182.
