Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) HO or not

I'm looking at buying a 99 6 speed 3500 2wd. My question is whether or not it is a 245/505 engine or 235/460? It has same fuel filter as the 98 24v my boss has. I didn't think they made the HO's until 2000. I test drove it to make sure, and yes it has six speeds, feels like more than 235 hp. Let me know. Thanks.

The engine data plate on the drivers side has the information on HP. Being a 99, it is a 235.
