I've got a customer With an 03 HO 6Speed,,,,,,,,,,, He is looking to turn it up ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I know a little about what can be done to a 12 Valve,,,,,,,,,,,,,, any one have any advice for me to pass along to him

That could be a very long winded answer. Check out what some of the vendors (like us ) have listed on the websites. 500rwhp is achieveable with what is currently available for a daily driver.
