How good is this system? They are a TON cheaper than the others and I could arrange for pickup so my shipping cost would be nill. I have heard them mentioned before but have not heard any real life stories. How about it, guys?!?!

Had one on my truck and thought it was great, had an awesome sound. Only problem I had was one of the hangers wasn't quite right, call them directly and they sent me a new one. I have stacks now so most of my system is gone but I still use their muffler and a piece of pipe.

The system I had was shiney, it is beautiful 304 stainless. The hangers aren;t perfect but for the price they work pretty darn good.

I like my HOG exhaust, it had an obnoxious drone at freeway speeds until I put the exhaust brake on. I like the band clamps they included with mine. I used the side exit tip, because I have receiver mounted mud flaps when I tow.

I am getting tired of the noise & was considering changing / adding the Hog augmenter muffler, but that's down the list.

Got a website or something? I am looking for more sound, but not crazy. I was running straight pipe and loved it until I towed my 5'er!!! Got the Banks muffler on now. Sounds good, but always looking for more.

I got my new hog perf. exhaust put in last night and have a few complaints..... NONE of the hangers were correct, the instructions that cam with the kit were not correct, and now the tip is VERY close to the wheel. I am also clost to touching the spare (which I can fix) But I really wonder if this is supposed to be how it is? I post a pic later on.

When I first installed mine, i slid all of the pipes all of the way together. I went back and loosened the band clamps, and made the necessary adjustments. I re-tightened the band clamps & everything has been good ever since. I do use the 5. 5" side out tip.

I started with mine all the way togwether, as well. They are all out 2" each from where I started but the problem is now that the over-the-axle pipe is almost out too far. Any farther it will for sure be hitting the spare and/or the shock. I messed around with it a little last night and I think I'll be able to fix it..... it just won't completely clear the underside of the bed:( Someone also gave me an shrt extension that I can use as a tip I suppose.

i bought a megacab extender from Geno's garage to add a few inches to my system so I could keep all of the joints tight. Mine was not a manufacturer issue, but the true 4" hx40 downpipe I use was a bit shorter than the original 3. 5"-4" hx35 downpipe that came with my exhaust from Pinnacle.
