i just did a little bit of info searching and on the holley site i discovered that the summit catolog is misleading as to the output of this pump , yes it is rated at 140gph and 14psi ... FREE FLOWING , under pressureied use it only flows 120gph ... AT 9 PSI ... this explains why those that have switched to them have not seen any huge increase in system pressure .

I'll tell you one thing, I just put a BG220HR on my truck and it STAYS @ 15 psi. Now that's a fuel pump. It has -10 AN inputs and outputs and it can use every bit of them too. Now my lack of muffler really shows when you get on it. I guess the Carter was loosing a lot of pressure under acceleration. It made a huge difference (as far as fuel pumps go).
