Picked up my new truck at 18:00 today. Still had the plastic all over it. When I got there it was on the lift and the mechs were standing under it waiting on me. We did the PDI together, added 1/2 qt to the rear pumkin. They pulled it around front and my girls pulled the plastic off while I finished paper work. Had 7 miles on it. The dealer toped off the tank, washed it and off I went.



HO LEE SMOKES that truck is UNFREAKINBELIEVABLE!! It has so much stinkin grunt I can't believe it. I can't wait to see what it does when I put a load on it. I don't think 10k will make it break a sweat. Just put 80 miles on it and I'm stoked. Fit and finish is great! The way the doors open and close, well I'd have never have thunk it on a truck. You might not be able to tell I'm Oo. Oo. off the walls right now.

Had the same feeling when I picked up mine. Compared to my '01, this truck just seems to be a lot more refined/put together tightly/etc...

A little over 300 on it now and this ship eatin grin has ripped past my right ear half way round the back of my head. I have never in my life had such a PLUSH rig. Hood, doors and tailgate latch with a light breeze. Seats make everything else I've had look/feel like a buckboard. The only complaint I have is the shift 2 to 3 & 3 to 4, its like they put a truck trans in it or something. Oh, did I mention power - OH MY GAWD!!!

Dont worry about the shifting stiffness, after a few miles it gets smoother than a ricer!
