Competition Holset WH2D

I found a Holset Wh2D 62mm comp 73mm exhaust has anyone tried to run one or these as a single or posible as the small turbo on a set of twins it has the larger T-4 flange will this make any difference on spool up?

Well I'm busted thats where I found that turbo was e-bay I check that guys store all the time he's always got something interesting the only thing is I don't know how it would spool up cause it uses the big T-4 exhaust housing

it wouldn't be a dirrect fit but was planning on building my own header anyway so I could use either flange
