Financing a used truck?

Computer help please

Ok, I have a 2400 sq ft 1 level house with a bryant 4 ton central unit. The unit is 7 years old and I have had all the fun I can stand with it. My question is what is the cummins of the home central(all electric) units? Hopefully something with more than a 5 year warranty.

thanks

That statement tells me that you're problem is most likely not the equipment, but the service. There is no reason you should have continuous problems with any brand A/C. Unfortunately, sometimes the best option with problem childs is to drop back and punt.

I like Bryant equipment, I have a Bryant 598 (2 stage, 410-A) A/C with a Bryant 355 (2 stage, variable blower, 95% efficient) furnace. I can get ANY brand of equipment, I chose Bryant. If you need to get away from your dealer (sounds like it) go with a Carrier dealer, it's the same stuff (Chevy/GMC).

Just curious, what problems have you had, and what has been done so far??

I'd say 4 tons is too small for that size house. I installed a 5 ton on my 2100' house, hardly runs at all compared to the 4 ton that I had. My electric bill has dropped drastically! John

Yup. Trane or Rheem. Also, ropinfool2 is correct. A 4 ton unit is too small for 2400 square feet. 5 ton, 10+ seer unit.
