does anyone out there have any experience or links to change my hood and fender assembley so they all will tilt forward. I am disabled, so i need the whole thing to tilt like a big rig, ex: freightliner, peter built ect. It would sure be nice to be able to get to my engine compartment with out having to ask my wife to climb up and look under the hood for things. many thanks to all that can send me in the right direction. 99 ram 2500 4x4 cummins
