Why would a friend of mine who also owns a 99 truck receive a recall notice about the secondary hood latch and I have not???
We both live in NJ which I know this is one of the states listed in the recall. I called DC and they said there is no active recalls on my truck. What gives? I thought it applied to ALL '99 trucks in the salt belt!
