Hood light avalible-code ADA when ordering

I ordered a truck 2/28 and is currently held up in the paint primer feasco indicated in the thread "audited". The dealer ordered a replacement truck just in case DC pulls the first truck.



When I got the order sheet on the second truck it was the same as the first with the exception of the code ADA for light group. This light group included: ash tray light, front dome w/ on/off, rearveiw mirror with auto dimming, sun visor-illum vanity mirrors and last but not least LAMP UNDERHOOD.



Kelly Blue Book doesn't reflect this option yet but Dodge.com does. Hope this helps for anyone ordering a truck that wanted the underhood light.

I've never understood why they put that dim lamp in there, and I find it more perplexing that so many people complain that it's not there now... JMHO...

I've used it to check my oil level at the end of a long day of driving, I've also had to use it when my battery isolator died and I had to by-pass it on the side of the road. You just never know what you'll run into.

I think my dad is going to be really ticked when I tell him that a underhood light and sunvisor lights are available Hopefully Dodge does put out an affordable kit, but I wouldn't hold my breath for that

Sorri for the disappointment, but I was trying to get my dealer to "add" it to my build since they aint gonna build till the eom.

Don't miss the underhood Light

I don't miss the underhood light: Even after pluggin in a backuplight it still wasn't bright enough to do any good. I carry a krypton flashlight under the seat.



I have it unplugged on my 02
