Hooked up TST Powermax, got a question

I just hooked up my TST Powermax1 on my 2000 model 24V. It says the green light for FUEL should not be lit till you give it gas and it should come on brightly at WOT showing that it's adding fuel. Well mine comes on brightly when you first go WOT, but it seems like if you hold it WOT the green light will start get dimmer and the power falls off up top? Any ideas?



BTW, the truck has a brand new Carter lift pump I just installed 2 days ago.
