Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Horton removal

Ok - been reading the horror stories about all of the recent KDP failures, so this weekend it gets tabbed.



I've read quite a bit about the process and am (mostly) comfortable with it, but my 97 came with a horton fan clutch, but not the instructuctions for the horton. Sounds like I'll need a skinny 1 & 7/8. Any other tips?

Its left hand thread. A air chisel with a dull bit takes about 2 seconds to knock it loose and then it spins off and drops out the bottom unless you have an auto trans then the lines are in the way.
