HOT Ignition switch

I know the headlight switch gets warm due to lack of a relay (Which I am almost ready to install) but why is my ignition switch hot enough to cook on?

We went threw this troubleshooting a while back here is the thread. Most likely it is a bad switch. But if you have the means to do an amperage check on DC current. Pull some amp readings from the wires I listed in the thread. Those are the high amp circuits coming out of the switch.
