Who is selling the Edge Hot Juice? I have googled it and I have checked on every web site that I know of, and I still cant find one!!! :{

I think you have to buy one and send it in for the Hot upgrade. They make you fill out a form and it is free if you have a tdr membership I think.

yup... have to buy the standard program and send it out for the pre-06 trucks. But with your TDR membership its a free upgrade (saves you $100)

I have one for sale for an 03 dodge,edge attitude HOT juice with monitor,with the overhead pod,used about 2 to 3 weeks,asking $725. 00,awesome power,just like trying different ones,let me know if you or any of youre buddys are interested,my phone# is 270-392-0729,Ken

I would like to get the hot edge program for my '06 mega cab. I just installed the juice and attitude. I saw in this thread that with a TDR membership the upgrade is free? Could someone let me know how to go about doing this?

edge

Wade at NGM got me the juice great price and fast shipping. Also very helpful with all sorts of dumb questions I have.

As far as the hot upgrade its no longer free they charge $100. If you have an 06 go to their website and download the liability waver and fax it to Edge. When they get the fax they will call you with a code to enter in the attitude module.

How much does the HOT Juice increase numbers? The standard Juice on my '05 has 100HP/250TQ on setting 5... what numbers does the HOT Juice increase everything to, and how? Any issues?

The 06 is 160HP/350lbft. It is $100. 00 regardless of TDR membership. Fastest way is as stated above... print waiver off the Edge site and fax it in. You will be ready to tear stuff up in a couple of days.

What other mods need to be done to handle the extra power. I'm going to have a new Torque Converter and Valve Body installed soon. Is there anything else I would need to worry about with the extra hp and tq?

With the hot juice you could really use a bigger turbo as things will get hot in a hurry. Also fuel pressure could be a concern and hopefully that is a stout torque converter and valve body you are putting in because you will need it. Once you do this you will want more, I know I did so I bought a prgrammer and stacked them for lots of fun. :D

You know, the problem with this stuff is that there is always something more you could do!

I originally wanted to keep it close to stock, but once the 35" tires were on, I wanted some of the power back (+ a little more, right? :D ) I didn't really want to get into bigger turbo's, full transmission, injectors, and more... but it seems harder and harder to keep from wanting more!

Does the HOT Juice upgrade decrease dependability? I would really just want the extra ponies and tq for the occassional times at the track (once or twice a year) and to smoke my buddies Duramax on the rare occassion we can let the trucks stretch their legs.

What do you all think?

If you just plan on running the hot extreme setting every once in a while you should be ok but it will probably be very hot. I'm not sure if you'll be able to make the full quarter without your egts getting out of control, but there will most likely be no damage for the few seconds that the egt's are high. The biggest place the hot version seeems to help is the top end, it just keeps pulling all the way to redline and gets very hot up there. I know the hot on my 03 doesn't make peak boost until 2500 rpm and then it tapers off slowly.
