Hot Tank Pressure Parts Washer...any recommendations?

Hey guys,



Now that I will be building DTT transmissions I have been on the hunt for a hot tank washer to clean the internals and cases. I spoke with Hotsy (nearly $10k), and a dealer for Cuda (sp?) and another company I do not remember. They were both a minimum of $8900.



I want one with a turntable, lower spray section and above table spray section.



I know you get what you pay for... but there is a company called Adventure out of Oklahoma with what looks like a good unit for a fair price. A hell of a lot less than the top of the line units.



If anyone has any recommendations on Gallons Per Minute, Pressure at the heads, heat ratings, turntable drive, electric or gas for heat generation, etc please let me know. If there are any manufacturers not widely known with a good product please say so also.



I think if I get 3-5 good years out of the first unit I will be happy and then as the shop expands we can refresh/replace the so-so unit.

Go to HGR Surplus Equipment web site. Search for "degreaser" and you will find several at reasonable prices. They have a 30 day return policy, too.

Be sure to check power requirements on the industrial washers... some may be 440v 3 phase.
