Just got the reservations. Lady said , "Let me guess" I said yes..... lol..... she even knew for when. :-laf



Now, she said that I was like the 6 th one in the last hour and asked me if it just got on the web site or something, I said yes..... :-laf .....



... ... . but she still didn't know who "Sleddy" was.....



Must not of made THAT good of impression on her Gene..... :-laf

1/4 mile by road, less than that, if you are throwing rocks. They are all on the same intersection.

1. How far is the party central Amerihost from IRP?

2. Which will be the biggest party, Amerihost or the campground at IRP?

Where's the biggest party going to be? Plainfield or Brownsburg? Brownsburg is a lot closer but seems like Plainfield is going to be a little "more lively"!

Guesstimations:

15-30 minutes from track, depending on traffic.



Outrageousness has been at the hotels in the past, but the track camping may be one heluva good time, tough call.



Be very, very,very careful leaving the track!!!

Thanks Sled. Are you staying at Plainfield? I've got a camper I could pull up there but if I can get a room for $65 a night that would probably be easier. I like the idea of having all the favorite liquid refreshments I want at the show and then just being able to stagger back to the camper rather then messing with the law. But on the other hand I don't want to miss out on any good times at the hotels and surrounding watering holes. I'm bringing 2 or 3 other guys with me, I guess we could just take turns on who doesn't want to wake up with a headache the next day Anybody have any other thoughts? Don't want to wait too late on making reservations!

Yea, I have a room at Plainfield, but there is no telling where I'll pass out.



Prefereed camping, is backed right up to the track. Might be a good time there too.

I guess that time of year passing out in the bed of your truck is always an option then heading back to the motel in the morning for a power shower. I'll look up your rig and we'll all have a beer or twelve when we get there Any new info on onsite camping, there was supposed to be more info out after Feb. 4th but I haven't seen anything?

That's because there are too many damn threads about this! LOL. I am trying to get the word out. Brownsburg Police are not going to put up with too much- WORD OF CAUTION! That's why Gene and I went down there and found a place to park and party.

On site camping reservations are to be made at IRP, that will open up in March. I will make a whole new thread when it becomes available.

Thanks Eric, I'll be looking for that post. Do you know yet if there are going to be any electric hookups or is it going to be just a place to park? I can bring plenty of water but so that's not a problem but I really like my AC

More than likely a place to park, that's why it's only $10/night. But bring and extension chord just in case!
