Thanks, TDR Staff

installed a usb1 on my truck....sorta

Help me with two EGT probes...

My vp died at 130,000 so... ..... I ordered a Hot rod pump from Piers.

Anybody running one of these? What can I expect. I run a Raptor now and nothing else only because of my stock Auto. My long term plans are Mach 2. 4 EDM's, a bigger turbo and a Mad ECM. I'm gonna get rid of the Raptor cause I want to make my power without an add-on box.

Also curious about the install. Noone asked me for a serial number or anything.

Thanks

My VP has also died and I also inquired about the Hot Rod pump, the advise here was they may not be worth the extra money, but no one with the pump replied.

I was told the pump would give up to 80 extra ponies by a local Diesel shop, but that HP rating was not excepted by other menbers.

Maybe Piers will have the info I am going to call him Monday.

The price difference was very small :) Piers told me around 45-75 xtra ponies. That will be the cheapest HP I ever got. Now to be fair the price was just a little higher than a Piers replacement and a lot higher than from Cumminstuff. I am not running an aggressive box and my hope is that the HR unit is built at least as well or better than an of the shelf rebuild

Yep,

The Hot Rod VP, I would think should be free of burrs and other imprefections that the off shelf pumps have, but the electrics are proablly the same. 45-75 extra horses would sure be nice.
