I know this was mentioned earlier but I wanted to start a new thread on this one.
We will be meeting on March 16th at Cabinets and Counters located at 910 8th Ave N in Texas City. Cabinets and Counters is a business owned by fellow LSTDR member Joe Pazdera. he has offered his shop for our use to do the things that we do best. Break things, I mean fix things.
Directions are easy to follow, just take I-45 South to the Texas City Exit, just follow the overpass over I-45 and keep heading east until you get to 9th Street(it's a few miles until you get there). Take a right on 9th Street, go one block and take another right on 8th Ave. and you're there.
Lunch will be provided again this month so please vote in the above poll so we know how much food to buy. Looks like we will have Brisket and all the fixings to go along with it this time.
We will have a few tools available but please bring as many tools as you think you will need. We will also have the KDP jig available to use, just in case anyone needs to kill a KDP that weekend.
If the weather turns nasty, we should be able to handle 3 trucks at a time inside the shop.
If anyone has suggestions as to where we could have breakfast, please jump in here and let us know. I know there is a Cracker Barrel on I-4S in League City, but if there is something closer, please let us know.
Thanks,
Curtis
