Ok, this is the member formerly known as will24... My dad registered (and paid for) a new account for himself, with the username MarkRam04 (notice MY user name now??) I paid for an account and my dad paid for an account and checked off "NEW SUBSCRIPTION"





WTF is going on here? I want my username back... this is kind of BS, what's the point of a Renewal/New subscription menu if no one looks at it? I do realize it's the same address, but different credit cards etc. should have tipped someone off...

Not looking for a refund, want what I paid for, an account with my user name, and my dad wants what he paid for, an account with his username. I love this site and I just want it all straightened out.

No need to get angry. They'll see this tomorrow and straighten it out. People often use different credit cards one year to the next, etc. People make mistakes filling out stuff on here all the time and they try to do what makes the most sense - which is I'm sure what happened in this case. Also, they will give refunds to anyone who requests it btw.
 
How about leaving the post totals for his dad and making him start back at zero?... ... . unless he gets around to saying please.



Life's too short... relax and have tdr bill yours and his subscriptions to your dads credit card. :cool:
 
I Will Fix Any Problem I Cause

First, I apologize for the error. Give me ten minutes, and it will be fixed.



Second, anyone desiring a refund can receive one. We NEVER want dissatisfied customers. Life is way too short to have to feel like you've been treated badly by a company; we don't need to add to anyone's already stressful life.

Ok, everything'straightened out now... I was little angry when I got home last night due to a bad day at work and not being able to get on my favorite just added to that... I was trying to delete this thread since it was written in sort of a short-fused manner, but, alas, it won't let me... .
