When they figure yours out, let us know, because mine is doing the same thing. I also have the manual and notice the hesitation as well. Sometimes worse than other times.

Just got my truck back, not fixed but they know what the problem is. It seems that with whatever the latest flash is, the trucks will go into regen at any speed to prevent city drivers from plugging the dpf. The problem with that is, when the truck is trying to regen, there is a delay programmed into the throttle which is much more noticeable with a manual trans. That is what my trucks problem is, and I was told that Chrysler is aware of the problem, and they are working on a new flash to correct it.

So, now I feel like a Ford guy back in 03, eagerly waiting for the new flash so I can see if it will make my truck like it's supposed to be.

Mine has the same hesitation. It seems to be at the initial throttle application between 1400 and 1900 rpm's. At first I really only noticed it between 2nd and 3rd. The truck would just stumble. Now I've noticed it just cruising in 5th or 6th and then when I apply light throttle, I can feel the hesitation. I have no MIL. My truck was built on 3/11 and I picked it up on 4/10. At the time I got it I asked the service dept to check the ECM software level and they told me I had the "latest". If anyone has any news or updates on this, I would appreciate any advice. When I get time, I'm going to take it by and let the shop look at it.

Would TSB 18-013-08 apply to me with my build date??

Chris

That's about the same build date as mine, I got mine on 4/7. I was told that the latest program is the problem and that we have to wait for a new reflash to come out. Your symptoms are identical to mine.
