Competition How bad will 35s hurt my 1/4 mile?

I am thinking of either going w/ Kelly Safari 315/75/16 or 285/75/16. How bad do you think the 315s will hurt my 1/4 mile? I plan to do twins in a couple of months. Will the torque pick those 35s up?

The guys in Vegas use ~35" tall slicks with 4. 10:1 gears.....

i ran some 33-12. 50s and they cost me about . 18 second on the 1/8th

at the time i was running raw 8. 9 1/8s and it slowed me up about . 18 sec on average. now i am running under 8. 3sec1/8s and 12. 97sec 1/4s on diesel,looking to run some gas and get rid of some traction issues and hope to get to the lower 12s
