How can I correct my HVAC temp control?

The heater/AC control in my 2005 Ram works backwards (blue is ‘hot’, red is ‘cold’). I have searched the forums and internet for a way to reset this to the correct orientation, but have not found an answer. I did find others that have the same issue.
Can someone tell me how to correct this?

Never heard of that problem but you can always try a hard reset, means disconnect the battery's for some time and then reconnect.

Or, maybe you can change the polarity by swapping the two relevant wires at either the back of the controller or the actuator. A possibility worth investigating.

If the door that controls temp is broken like they often do, who knows. Maybe the door is out of wack.
