2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission How can I set the cruise above 85mph on my 2001 4wd auto truck?

My cousin has a 2001 4wd auto. It has been turned up to 450 rear wheel horses. He spends a lot of time driving out west and would like to set the cruies above 85. How can this be done? Or, can it be done? Right now if you push the set button and let off the throttle, it slows down to 85, then holds the speed there. Thanks for any info you can provide.
