I have confirmed by comprehensive garden hose testing that the upper corners of my rear window leak, the driver's side worse. I am 99% sure the third brake light is not leaking at all (it is difficult to test that without water running across the top of the window seal). The design of the club cab has strips (plastic) from the door line running back the roof and under the seal. This strip would be the top of the quad cab's half door. Water runs under the window seal at the strip and drains down the corner of the cab to the low point on the floor at the back of the driver's seat.

I found my carpet matting soaked while fishing a CB antenna wire under there. Gutted the cab soon after. I have fought this leak for a long time and thought it was fixed after some super sealing on the third brake light this summer. Originally, Chrysler reasealed the rear window after I got cranky about it. I replaced the windshield after a gravel-truck incident. Only after my long testing today do I know exactly where its coming from.

What would you folks do? I'm not optimistic resealing will help. Thanks

resealing fixed mine plus a new 3rd brake light... .

first you have to find out where it's leaking..... get a spray bottle full of water soap mix. tape off the cab vents inside the door jambs. then turn on the ac on hi..... spray the outside and watch the bubbles form! easy..... a glass guy did mine then removed the rear window and resealed it correctly... . much better than the p. o. s. factory job.

There is a sealant that they sell for RV windows (major flex there) called 10x it comes in a red and white tube. Its very flowable and sets up pretty quickly and remains flexible for many years. You can get it at any major RV parts place. :)
