Dixie Dawg, I am a few thousand miles away from my truck, and service manual, but I used to do power window work 25 years ago, and some things do not change. Something either in the window channel or perhaps the inner belt strip performs an "anti-rattling" function. I have observed these anti-rattlers to be of many shapes and sizes, but it sounds like yours have fallen off or are worn. Also all auto door windows are adjustable, if you pull the inner door panel (you can use a putty knife to pop the fasteners out without breaking them) you can probably look around in the door and figure out what needs to be replaced/adjusted.
Dealers generally don't have a dedicated Power window guy, and it shows! When I was working in an auto glass shop did all the warrenty work for 4 dealers.
