How do I remove the cup holder?

I need to take the fold-down cupholder out of my '05 2500 automatic, clean it, then put it back.

So far I've only been able to remove the spring. Everything else is still firmly attached and I don't want to break anything. How do I get this thing off?

A crow bar and a big hammer otta do the trick!!

(1) Remove the center bezel.
(2) Remove the airbag control module trim cover.
(3) Open the cupholder and fold down the inner
panel.
(4) Remove the two inner screws.
(5) Remove the remaining two top and bottom
screws and remove the cup holder.

4 screws total.
