I just swapped out my steering box with the PSC and I can't figure out how to correct my steering wheel now. I tried to line it up when connecting the box up, but you can only put the steering shaft on one way... I'm stumped. What's the trick?

TIA

You'll need a front end alignment. Typically, they'll straighten the steering wheel during alignment. Adjusting the steering wheel yourself is also quite easy. There's a collar on the drag link that needs to be loosened. When loosened turn the collar until steering wheel is straight. This might be easier if the front wheels are properly suspended. The drag link is the bar from the Pitman arm to the passenger side knuckle.

You can adjust the wheel without an alignment (if your alignment was good before you changed your box). Like wcjp said there is an adjustable sleeve - just follow the drag link down starting at the pitman arm. It is about 12" from the pitman arm.

Drive the truck with the wheels straight ahead and stop. Loosen the two clamp nuts (13mm I believe) and turn the sleeve till the wheel is centered. Reclamp the nuts and you are done.

There is also a sleeve on the tie rod end - DON"T MESS WITH THIS ONE - IT SETS THE TOE!

Could be the road crown/ruts (or track bar). How are your tires wearing? If they are wearing normal then I wouldn't bother with an alignment.
