How do new members register?

New members need to subscribe via the TDR Magazine menu and then click on subscribe/renew or if they've already subscribed they need to activate their account by pulling down the discussion forums menu to activate account. I thought I had removed all of the register prompts but evidently I missed one. I searched for that message and found it - it's now been updated with the subscription link. Thanks for letting us know about it.
