how do you check a 3rd gen track bar

I was wondering how you check to see if your track bar is bad? I know it has bushings at the end, how do you know if these are bad?? also if they are bad how do you change them are they pressed into the track bar??

Have a friend sit in the truck and turn the wheel a little side to side while you look closely at both ends of the track bar to see if there is movement at either the frame or axle mounts. If it's worn out,get an aftermarket one as the stock replacement doesn't last very long. The bushings are pressed in. Mike
