Just did mine a few days ago. Look at the middle section of the bottles (between bottle and shroud) and you will see two dimples made into the plastic bottles that lock into the shroud. I wedged a small chisel right above the holes just enough to separate the shroud and bottle. Now you can easily pull the bottle straight up. Now spend the next five minuets looking for the wedge so you can do the other side.

shouldnt need to remove the shroud from the truck just from the radiator. be careful with the washer tank so you dont break off the tiny nipple the washer line connects to or the plug on the pump.

Like kglenn said, I used a couple of long flat bladed screw drivers to push the tabs back. Lifted up with little effort.

ko I have them off but lower radiator hose is a pain in the ***

I thank we are going to remove it at water pump

and pull out the radiator

need some in put

When I did my KDP I pulled the rad to clean it up. I just cut the lower hose and got a new one. The hose was pretty much welded on. I figured might as well as it's just right there with easy access.

I unbolted the horn thats right to the side of the bottom hose which gave me a little bit more working room. What makes it difficult is the factory hose clamps. I should have changed my hoses, but at 170000 miles they are in very good shape. Be sure and remove the two small clips on top of the radiator that hold the shroud to the radiator.
