I think if your wait to start light comes on your ECM is good.

hello i was going down the road with a new edge box comp and i hit the power level all the way and it the pedal and it died

Sounds like a VP to me. I just changed mine back in January and mine died under VOT too... . Check you codes by turning your key on-off-on-off-on and you probably have p0216 ir something deadly like that.

codes were injection pump metering range ( which is a cam shaft senor ) and boost senor

What are the code numbers? I still think it is your VP. If you ecm was dead you wouldn't be able to read the codes.

the codes are po238 which is boost pressure a is too high for the current engine opertion conditions and po252 injction pump fuel metering control a range performance (cam rotor injector0

My truck is currently at the dealer and they are telling me that my ecm is dead and it needs replacing..... :{ My wait to start lite does work and I think my catcher is fooling the stealerships computer... . Is it true my ECM is okay if the wait to start light still works?... ... Just thought you mght have some inputif not it is ok too...
