I must be missing something - how do you find a website on your Favorites menu? Say you know there is something you saved like "Cummins". The older versions allowed you to search for that word. I must be missing how to do that now. Can somebody help?

I don't know of any easy way to search in your favorites. The only way I can think of would be to click on start->search and then click on "all files and folders" then click on browse, click on the + next to "My Computer", click on the + next to "Local Disk C", click on the + next to "Documents and Settings", click on the + next to the username you use, then click on "Favorites", then you can put what you want to search on in the search field on the left. That's the only way I can come up with.

On XP open the start menu, click search, choose all files or folders, type in what you're looking for, click search and you've got it.

I'm assuming you have so many entries in your favorites menu that they're hard to sort though. What you can do is make folders to add the different websites to. For example engines, tools, catalogs, etc. It's easy organize, just click favorites then organize favorites, make some folders then drag the different websites to the appropriate folders. You can also rename the favorite so you know what it's for by right clicking on the favorite then clicking rename. For example rename http://www.guardian.co.uk/usa/story/0,12271,1017546,00.html to something like Crazy Bush

I create folders for my various subjects of interest. I simply go to that folder and it makes finding the website I want much easier. Knowing you Hammersley, you probably have every website on the web in your favorites folder, so my system probably won't work. :D
