Before I order a new vp44, i'd like to know how to tell for sure that the one I have is bad an it's not something else.

What led me to this is in this thread https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=105015 , but basically I had my PM on 9 and was running hard and let off quick. The enigne stalled. I bled and it started but died if it revved past 1000-1100 rpm. Could not get it started again. Changed the fuel filter and then could not get the LP to fill the canister. Replaced the LP and now get 18psi after the filter and a lot of fuel. I get fuel at all injectors except #2 (haven't tried) from the LP only. It will not start. If I crack a inj line and try to start I get nothing ore than what I get from the LP.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
