How heavy is the flywheel?

How heavy is the flywheel on my 98. 5 24v? I'm thinking about taking out my clutch myself so I need to know how many guys I need to buy beer for to help me.

Yup, 55 lbs. Then my ceramic Southbend/Sachs clutch was another 54 lbs!
