I'd guess they are stuck on the axel. When my drums (Ugh!) get like that (every stinkin time I need to pull them) I use an old indian trick I learend here. Put rear on stands, remove wheels, hand thread 2 lug nuts on each axel, start up truck, get wheels going and apply brakes. "POP" If it doesn't work first time do it in reverse then go forward a few times. Just be sure the lugs are threaded down to within at least 1/4" from the rotors so they don't damage anything.

Since I have drums (Ugh!) I'm not sure if this is an OK practice with rotors, or if they have bolts that secure them to the axel, or if they have threaded holes on the part that sits flat on the axel so you can "jack" them loose. If it were me and I wasn't (am not) sure I'd wait for an 01 or up to reply. MHO Good Luck.

i got them off this morning ... cut the hadle off an old sledge hammer so i could get a little more of a swing and poped um right off. thanks for the replies
