Hello! Just wondering how this oil is working for you that use it. Was considering the switch and debating on weather to use the PB CJ or the Extreme Ci4+ Thanks!

I seen it and considered using it until I saw the price on it. I'll stay with amsoil ame for a heck of a lot cheaper and better properties.

I get the Premium Blue Extreme 5-40 ci-4 stuff at Cummins for about 18 bucks a gallon, Way cheaper than the prices I have seen on Amsoil. I like it, I don't do oil samples but I run it 10-12kmi with a filter change and makeup quart at 5-6kmi. I'm sure I could milk more miles out of it, but the above works for me.

I've seen some dumb prices online myself, but give Cummins a call at $18/gal it is a pretty good value, the one I deal with is in Saginaw, Mi. Myself, I will go back to a dino oil if I have to pay much more than $20 for a gallon of full synth.

I use it and do oil analysis. The analysis always comes back great after 15000 mile intervals with plenty of additive left according to the TBN results. I don't know if it is the best, but it sure works great for me.

I've use PB Extreme for the past 91,000 miles (180,000 miles on the truck)! Oil change intervals around 8000-10000 miles. Oil analysis show no problems and the numbers are VERY consistent over years. I'm always amazed when people post their number on the site and mine wear figures are almost always lower.

I like this stuff for cold weather starting.

I buy it at the local Cummins store for around $20. 00/gal.

I too use PBExtreme since it hit the market. We have a fleet account at the local Valvoline Instant Oil Change (yes I am lazy). I take my own Fleetguard filter with me and have them pour the PBExtreme. I like the idea that it's a 5w-40 oil vs the 15w-40 of PB especially in the winter months when I forget to plug the truck in.
