Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Hey there. . My new 06 is going in Next Monday to have the cooling system checked. I am still getting a little bit of coolant loss out the overflow bottle. Not really a lot but took it in to dealer today and we swaped the radiator cap with the upgraded one and still happening. FOr some reason there is excess pressure building up in the cooling system and causing it to trickle out the overflow. It is not over filled 
I have never witnessed it, keep pulling over to see the reservoir getting full and by the time I look it has already lowered to the "Full" Blue line mark.
WORSE case scenario is a head gaskit and we are hoping it is just a faulty thermostat... .
How long would it take them to replace the head gasket???? I know the Thermostat is fairly easy and quick... .
Absolutely no symptoms other than a little dry coolant that has run down the wheel well. Temp guage reads absolutely normal and functional. Truck running GREAT... .
