Wanderson - you are taking what I said out of context. When I said that it had nothing to do with this email problem at all. That was concerning slow performance. Slow performance created on the net backbone is completely out of my control. When you are connecting to the TDR site your traffic is going through equipment owned by at least 20-30 different companies - if one of them is having a problem how am I supposed to fix it? That is what I was talking about in the post that you are referencing. If there is a problem here on the TDR server I will fix it, if it's a problem with the host facility that we have the servers at we will have them fix it or we will move (as we recently did). If however there is a problem with your ISP that causes you slow performance that's out of my hands. An analogy here is if you are having traffic problems on your highway system in your area due to heavy traffic is it Dodge's fault because they made your truck? That's exactly what I was talking about there, your connection to the TDR website relies on the internet backbone in general - if there's a problem there (which there is increasing problems on the backbone - I see more and more every week) it's not fair to blame the TDR or me for that. Even if the TDR site never had a problem, had 100% up time, I never made a mistake, and our host company had 100% up time and never made a mistake you would still have times that you would have trouble getting to the site or with slow performance - that's all I was saying there - SOME of these issues will be things you'll have to live with because we have no control over them. I also gave instructions on there on how you can collect data on your machine so that I can determine whether the problem is ours, our hosts, the backbone, or your ISP. When an individual user or some users are having a problem that others are not I need the help of that user to determine what the problem is. It's hard to fix a problem that you can't see or replicate.
On the email issue have you asked your ISP whether they are using spam blocking software? I've repeatedly asked people to check that and many that have checked it have found that their ISP was blocking it, turned it off and then got their emails. In other cases where people are not able to get their ISP to respond I've personally contacted their ISP to try to solve the problem. In the case of some people, switching back to the backup server has solved their email problems - the difference between the two is that the slave server is named turbodieselregister.com and the main server we were running on is named tdr.com - that shouldn't affect whether an ISP allows email from it or not and didn't for those users up until a couple of weeks ago (nothing changed on our end). Obviously for some ISP's that started to be a problem recently (it's been tdr.com since I made the facility change 6 weeks ago). I was however continuing to look into the problem as best I could.
I apologize if their was confusion and you didn't understand what I was trying to get across. Hopefully this explains it better.

P. S. After looking at another post I see that you are on road runner. I have personally sent road runner 6 emails trying to get an answer from them why they are rejecting emails from the TDR server. After the 1st email they requested some information which I have now sent to them 5 times with no responses from them. That's why you haven't gotten an answer on your email problem - your ISP is unresponsive. I have spent 3 hours so far in trying to get an answer from road runner for you and a few other users.
