I know of only two-- Rickson and Alcoa.

I've only found two dealers. Only Rickson's has them available for the 2500 and only Ricksons do NOT require an adapter. The other one has them only available for duallies and must us an adapter -- basically he just sells regular 19. 5's and sells the adapter to match the Dodge lug pattern. He's in the TDR issue 28 (can't remember the name).

Kyle, you are thinking of Dual Designs. Their wheel/tire/adapter package is very trick! And very expensive. I understand they were using Accuride forged aluminum wheels although, I've only seen the Alcoa forged wheels in pictures recently.

Dual Designs does only use Alcoa. There was a problem with availability with the Accuride, so they switched back to Alcoa. I have had this setup on my truck for almost two years. I still have the same tires on the back that came with the package, but I have switched the front to a highway rib. As far as I know, DD only offers Michelin, but Rickson will use whatever brand you prefer. DD uses aluminum Alcoas and Ricksons are steel wheels with a simulator.
