A friend at my old job used to have a Husky. He said it was funny to watch the dog play in a fresh snowfall. The dog absolutely LOVED the snow.
My dog is like that in the snow.
She's part husky, well her mother was german shepherd, husky and wolf. Father was "some big black thing". We think her dad was border collie. Extremely smart. She's about 2 years old right now. Her name is Diamond.
Our newest dog is a pure bred german shepherd from europe.
5 generations of A or A+ hips, some show dog, and a championship biter is in her family tree.
I think someone told her that her primary job right now is destroying things.

She's only a few months old.
We got her from here:

Her name is (Frau) Rommel.
We want her to be a bit more protective/agressive than the mutt mentioned above. Diamond is the most dicile (sp?) dog I've ever seen. She wouldnt hurt a fly, but she does like chasing squirrels and cats.
I think the wolf in her makes her a bit skittish too.
I'll try to get some pictures up of the two of them.
We also have a Chihuahua. She pretty much sleeps, barks, farts and eats.
