How much fluid to order?

I am going to order fluid from Amsoil to change out the front and rear differential fluid on my truck, this will be the first time I change it, I have 23,000 miles on the ticker, I don't think I'll be needing to change it for a while after this since I don't tow very much nor do I have a heavy payload. So I need to know how much to order, I am also going to change the fluid on the tranfer case and transmission, so some advice on quantitys would be appreciated.

2 quarts of ATF+4 for the transfer case.
7 quarts for front and rear total.

Right. I ordered two one gallon containers of gear lube. Never hurts to have a quart extra lying around, and it was cheaper than buying by the quart. They have a menu-driven drop-down box thing on their website that tells you by vehicle and model year what the fluid capacities are, BTW.
