Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) how much fuel for an pdr hx40?

My 1998 is all stock, i got a PDR hx 40 needing to be used, i also got a 4 inch exhaust, some 3k Gov springs, and a water meth injection system all needed to be used. So what else will i need to match this turbo for fuel and timing?

a mild set of injectors like some 370's will make a nice budget combo

For a 40, you want a minimum of 350rwhp. You'd need a camplate and a set of 100hp injectors, minimum.
