What mods does my truck need for bio-diesel?

exxon profits for 4th

I am curious to know how much oil can a typical fast food joint produce in a week? Also how many restaurants do you bio guys have on average in your routes? I am curious because I live in a small town and their is only four restaurants! I am thinking about trying bio-diesel, but I am a little uneasy about spending a big wad of cash for something that might not be feasible in my area.

Most of the joints average 5 to 10 gallons a week-thats if they change their oil regularly! So figure from there what you need and how much regular fuel you now use-you will be able to convert about 80-90% into biofuel!

Most of my sources are giving up 5-8 gallons a week. Check the diners, stay away from the big fast food places, their oil usually titratates high. I pick up around 35 gallons a week from 3 sources. Look here http://forums.biodieselnow.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=5423

Start Here, learn how to do a titration, It sounds kinda hard, It is not just follow directions. http://biodiesel.infopop.cc/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/719605551/m/857600061

Best thing i ever got into, It is fun to do and your truck will thank you.

Good luck

Dirk
